For some reason fruit has been getting a pretty bad rep... and we want to put the record straight!
Fruit is pretty darn marvellous. It’s natures natural nurse, pumped full of vitamins and minerals …Sure, it is fair to say some fruits can have a generous amount of natural sugars.… Yet, alongside those natural sugars is bucket loads of minerals, fibre and vitamins… Eating an apple is not the same as eating a bag of sweets!
Fruit has often been a great gateway into minerals and vitamins for… well for everyone really. It an awesome way to enjoy getting in some vital vit C, potassium, zinc, magnesium, fibre and much much more,
And let's not forget the natural sugar is actually blooming great for energy.
