No, at Super Powders we want people to eat as many fabulous fresh fruits and vegetables as possible. However we also know that it’s not always possible - from time constraints through to picky eaters - we think Super Powders should always work alongside a healthy diet

We know it’s really a small amount. But if you imagine all the water has been taken out of the fruits and vegetables so what you are left with is a concentrated nutritiously dense powder.

Super Powders are made from organic fruit, vegetables, plants and seeds that have been dried, ground and blended.

We recommend Super Powders from the age of 3 years upwards. It is always recommended that you check that your child doesn't have any food based allergies to the ingredients.

Absolutely, yes! We recommend cooking with Super Powders, but not for too long as it could degrade and begin to lose its nutritional value. It can be easily thrown into sauces, soups, desserts, yoghurts and even pancake batter.

Unequivocally yes, however we recommend that you add water to the mix first and then stir - due to the natural ingredients it can sometimes clump, but if you keep stirring it should dilute.

Most vitamins are made with synthetic nutrients which are not nearly as easily absorbed into the body as real food. Also, most vitamins have sugar, syrup, artificial coloring and other junk. Super Powders are just made from natural ingredients - so completely safe and nutritious.
